    This option is perfect for anyone seeking a truly personalized coaching experience. Working 1:1 allows us to dive deeper into your unique wellness needs, goals, and challenges. You can choose a one-time session or set up weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly appointments—whatever supports you best.

    I specialize in women’s hormones, chronic stress, and ADHD using a neuro-hormonal approach. I also offer guidance and support for those using or considering GLP-1 medications and peptides.

  • Small Group Coaching

    Experience the energy of a supportive community combined with expert guidance. Group sessions are offered in-person and virtually, or gather 4+ friends to create your own private session and reach goals with your besties, co-workers, family, etc.

    Over 6 weeks, you’ll build sustainable habits, stay accountable, and see results you can be proud of—all at a more affordable price. Sessions run periodically throughout the year; email via the contact page to learn about the next session or express interest.

  • Live Events

    I offer corporate wellness talks, live webinars, and retreats throughout the year, covering a variety of health and wellness topics. I also welcome opportunities as a guest speaker or co-event coordinator.

As a Certified Integrative Health Coach trained through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, the largest nutrition certification program in the world, I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to my work.

I specialize in supporting women navigating PCOS, Endometriosis, Insulin Resistance, ADHD, and GLP-1 medication, using a neuro-hormonal approach that addresses root causes and helps your body and mind work with you, not against you.
