Hi, I’m KElsey Bailey.

I have the privilege of working with my clients in the role of Certified Integrative Health Coach. I found my passion for health coaching during a time of personal un-health. Years of fad diets, yo-yo dieting, chronic stress and burnout led me to sickness. I struggled to find answers and “one-size fits all” solutions led me further away from wellness and more confused. My confidence was at an all time low and I was lost.

This is when I took my healing into my own hands and started to research everything I could about health, wellness and nutrition. Through many different approaches I was was able to find answers that were unique to me. This led to a transformational change.

“Knowledge for self is good but knowledge shared is better.”

Now as an Integrative Health Coach I work with a variety of clients who are seeking to improve their overall wellbeing and desire to cultivate a deeper connection with themselves.

Simply put… I help my clients come ALIVE so they can live the life they CRAVE!

If stress is ruling your life or you simply feel like you have tried everything and are still at square one, I would love to chat!

Cheering you on,

Kelsey

My Approach

My coaching is based on three philosophies:

1. Bio individuality- This is the idea that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition and wellness. Together we look at your current wellness habits and your future wellness goals to create a “road map” that is unique to you! This “road map” provides you with a one of a kind wellness plan that not only produces lasting results but FEELS GOOD achieving them!

2. Lifestyle- Chronic stress can have lasting health consequences. A Web MD study showed that up 75-90% of all visits to primary care physicians are for stress related issues. During our coaching we will not only focus on nutrition but on one of the most important factors in our wellbeing, stress. Through mindfulness practices, meditation, EFT, and other stress reducing methods we will work to find the sources of stress in your life and together create practical ways to improve chronic stress.

3. Food is Fuel- The nutrients in our food act as fuel for our body. Just like your car couldn't run on empty neither can you! What we eat (or don’t eat), how we eat and how much we eat all plays a factor in our energy, mood, sleep, skin, and overall well being. Together we will discuss what your current relationship with food is and where your nutrition goals can make a HUGE impact in your overall well being! I believe in eating the chocolate cupcake … we will go over what diet culture has told us for years and how it’s not the chocolate cupcakes fault! :)
